Common reservation and cancellation conditions
A confirmed reservation is an obligation, a contract between the hotel and the guest which both must respect. The conditions of the reservation are always clearly visible before the final confirmation of the reservation.
In case of the payment of the deposit on a bank account: company PERKOLIČ, d.o.o., KRANJSKA
GORA, Koroška ulica 14, Si-4280 Kranjska Gora; bank: SKB d.d.; IBAN: SI56 0317 8101 1178 093; SWIFT: SKBASI2X. In case the deposit is paid with a valid credit card the reservation must be made through the reservation application on our website www.hotel-lipa.com.
2. Cancellation conditions:
When the guest cancelles already confirmed reservation, doesn´t show up on agreed day in the hotel
or leaves the hotel earlier the following cancellation conditions will be applied:
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged
50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show
up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation.
You can avoid the cancellation costs with timely conclusion of the cancellation risk insurance at
one of the insurance companies in your country. In this case you might need the confirmation from our side.
3. The means of payment are:
Cash, debit (Maestro) or credit cards (Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa, Diners), transfer of the funds on our bank account before checking out from the hotel.
